Another One Direction member has officially gone rouge. (Or something like that.)
Louis Tomlinson finally released his first solo single “Just Hold On” produced by EDM master, Steve Aoki. The two debuted the track on The X Factor UK stage. This comes on the same year One Direction announced their indefinite hiatus, and with band members pursuing their own solo careers.

It was also quite an emotional performance for Louis, who lost his mother to leukemia just three days before. Louis’ mom, Johannah, urged his son to still go on with the surprise performance.
Simon Cowell, who is a judge on The X Factor UK and mentor to One Direction, had some emotional words for Louis, who had the young singer fighting back tears. Watch the complete performance below:
