If we had a nickel for every time this line was used, right? Star Wars has really been one of the most influential movies of all time. For decades since its first movie in 1977, it has been a big part of pop culture, garnering a massive following, and being referenced again and again even in other TV shows and movies. Now, even after almost four decades after, Star Wars is still beloved by many, with every fan still excitedly awaiting every installment to hit the big screen.
This Christmas season, Walt Disney Studios Motion Pictures proudly brings the first of this new action packed Star Wars Trilogy, The Force Awakens. This would also be Disney’s first movie from this epic space opera originally created and produced by Lucas Films.
Star Wars Episode VII: The Force Awakens is the next installment after Episode III: Revenge of the Sith (2005), which was the end of the three-part prequel trilogy. It was set estimated 30 years after the events of the 1983’s “Return of the Jedi”.
The Force Awakens casts includes Harrison Ford, Mark Hamill, Carrie Fisher, Adam Driver, Daisy Ridley, John Boyega, Oscar Isaac, and Lupita Nyong’o.
