WATCH: Jennylyn Mercado Shows Off Singing Prowess in Impromptu Duet

We all know that Jennylyn Mercado can act, but probably not everybody is aware that this award-winning actress can sing, and she has actually received an award for it, too.

In a recent Instagram post, the ‘English Only, Please’ star can be heard singing an impromptu duet of ‘If I’m Not in Love with You’ with Kapuso network’s ‘Superstar Duets’ grand champion Nar Cabico.

Watch the impromptu jamming below that Cabico posted on his own Instagram account:

The song was the same song Mercado sang with Janno Gibbs in 2004, which received an Awit Award as “Best Performance by a Duet” in 2005. You can watch the throwback performance below:

The 30-year old actress last released an album in 2016 titled ‘Ultimate.’
