Traffic is one of the biggest headaches when living in the PH. Aside from car congestion and lack of urban planning, one big source of traffic is just plain motorist irresponsibility. Road rules exist for a reason: for the orderly flow of traffic and more importantly, for everyone’s safety. When you disregard these rules, you not only put yourself in harm’s way, you also risk those unsuspecting people around you.
This footage shows just how brazen people can be when it comes to breaking these road regulations. A speeding car in the right lane was surprised by another car going against traffic – a situation that could’ve turned disastrous very quickly.
