Watch Danny Boyle’s ‘Frankenstein’ Play Starring Benedict Cumberbatch for Free on YouTube

Andrew Lloyd Webber’s musicals aren’t the only on-stage wonders we get to watch from home during the enhanced community quarantine. National Theatre at Home is also showing plays for free on YouTube!

The two new titles that National Theatre at Home will be showing these next couple of weeks are ‘Frankenstein’ and ‘Antony and Cleopatra’.

Directed by Danny Boyle, ‘Frankenstein’ will be showing on April 30 and May 1 starring Benedict Cumberbatch and Jonny Lee Miller alternating the roles of Frankenstein and his creature. Directed by Simon Godwin, ‘Antony & Cleopatra’ will be showing on May 7 starring Ralph Fiennes and Sophie Okonedo as Shakespeare’s fated couple.

More titles will be announced soon, as well, as National Theatre at Home streams plays every week for free on their YouTube channel here.
