Just in case you’ve forgotten, the Chilling Adventures of Sabrina: Part Two is set to release on Netflix in only 3 weeks. The Christmas special may have worked to tide us over a bit, but the questions for what comes after Sabrina’s dark baptism weren’t fully answered. This new trailer promises us that the outcome will be a whole lot of chaos and darkness.
Netflix’s teaser of season 2 reads:
It’s a wicked world out there, and Sabrina is brewing up trouble. After signing her name in the Book of the Beast, Sabrina struggles to find the balance between her place in the mortal world and her new darker side. New challenges await Sabrina in Part 2, including having to choose between the familiar mortal Harvey Kinkle, and the sexy warlock Nicholas Scratch.
She may have signed her name to the Dark Lord, but that doesn’t mean she isn’t willing to raise a little hell.
But how much darker does the new season really get? Well, the trailer starts out with Sabrina looking as if she’s to set fire to her high school, so that’s one thing. The love triangle amongst Sabrina, Harvey, and Nick is also a pretty strong symbolic indication of her struggle between humanity and darkness. Most surprising of all though is (spoilers!) the telling appearance of who many believe to be Satan himself at the end.
