I fell in-love with these restos since I started working in Makati last year and I just can’t stop talking about them! It was truly a privilege when I got the chance to shoot their wonderful Christmas menu last season and now that I did their Valentine’s Day menu for 2013, I’ve decided to blog about it for our readers who have been asking for our Valentine’s Day Dinner Date recommendations!

If you haven’t tried Italian fine dining yet, then I highly recommend you try out the exquisite dishes at Carpaccio Ristorante Italiano. Despite the countless Italian restos around the metro, I would say that Carpaccio would be one of those few Italian restos where quality really matters! Unlike other restaurants which are too focused on pizzas and pastas, the menu at Carpaccio offers a more interesting array of Italian choices which guarantees a very different Italian fine dining experience.
