Today, we celebrate the 29th anniversary of the People Power Revolution or what we call EDSA Revolution.
In lieu with this, a celebration is currently held where the actual EDSA Revolution happened 29 years ago. Due to this, some parts of EDSA, which serves as a major transportation artery of those traveling north to south and vice-versa, we’re closed from traffic. This caused (and is still causing as of the moment) a massive a jam even along C5 and inner roads of the city.
Still, Pinoys know how to add a dash of humor despite tough situations like this one. Since there isn’t much we can do about it (unless decide not to go to school or work today), here are a few funny (but brutally true) interpretations of what’s happening on the roads of Manila today.
Hope these help take your mind off the traffic jam a bit, or lighten your mood, or possibly, lengthen your patience on the road as well.

When In Manila I don’t know if this has been brought up already, but isn’t time to have a mobile-friendly site? Pardon my ignorance if you already have. โบ
Do we have a hashtag for these yet?
