A student from Canada is left speechless after Taylor Swift wirelessly transfers money to her account amounting to CAD 6,386.47 (approximately PHP 250K)—the exact cost of her outstanding balance in school.
Ayesha Khurram had posted about her struggle to pay for her student loans on Tumblr, a blogging platform Taylor is known to frequent. In her post, Ayesha shared that her parents were both working minimum wage jobs and that her mom was suffering from chronic kidney disease which made it difficult for Ayesha to afford her college expenses.
Little did she know that Taylor would be helping her out exactly during her time of need.

“I posted about struggling with paying for tuition. Two hours later, I get this in my email,” Ayesha wrote on Instagram after receiving the surprise donation. “I have no words and I can’t stop crying. I don’t have words. I don’t have words.”
This isn’t the first time Taylor has lent a helping hand to her fans. It was back in 2014 when she made headlines for spending the holiday season surprising fans with gifts, which included a USD 2,000 (PHP 100K) check for a student to pay off her loans.
