“With our staff in mind, we had to think of ways on how to help them and we feel so grateful that in just two months after we launched our products, most of them are back working for us,” Abby Mendoza shares with WhenInManila.com.

They began to offer three delicious products for customers all around The Metro to enjoy.

Their homemade kebabs, which they call Kebabi, were first a stable in their own home. Friends and family enjoyed the tasty and filling beef kebabs, so Abby began selling it—and I’m glad they did!

I cannot even begin to describe how our kitchen and dining room was instantly filled with the mouthwatering aroma of the Kebabi while we were cooking it. It smelled like delicious curry with hints of herbs, instantly making our stomachs rumble in anticipation.

Their Kebabi packs also come with their own yogurt sauce with a spicy variant! And while the Kebabi is amazing on its own, the yogurt sauce makes it ten times better. I even put it on rice because I couldn’t get enough of it.

For an elevated breakfast, you’ve got to try Zalian’s Cheesy Rounds. What really sets their breakfast sausage apart is the burst of cheese inside each one! They didn’t hold back on the cheese at all. It really adds a beautiful creamy texture to a tasty mix of meat. These cheesy breakfast sausages will make your loved ones look forward to every morning.

Don’t forget about dessert! Zalian also offers a delicious chocolate cake whose recipe has been handed down from generation to generation. That alone can tell you how great it is.
