Popular anime “SPY x FAMILY” has dropped its first teaser trailer for its upcoming full-length movie titled “SPY x FAMILY: Code White!”
This movie will feature an entirely original storyline wherein Loid Forger takes his “wife” Yor Briar, their “daughter” Anya, and their lovable dog Bond on a holiday trip to learn more about the Eden Academy principal’s favorite dessert which Anya is supposed to recreate in the hopes of winning the cooking competition. But the family vacation ends up not being as relaxing as they would have thought after Anya accidentally does something that sets off a string of events that may threaten world peace.
This will be the anime’s first film since it became one of the best-selling manga series of all time despite having just debuted in March 2019. It was created by Tatsuya Endo who then worked with Wit Studio and CloverWorks to produce an anime adaptation that premiered in April 2022.
If you’ve never heard of “SPY x FAMILY,” it follows the story of master spy Loid who creates a fake family consisting of his “rent-a-wife” Yor, who is secretly an international assassin, and a six-year-old telepath named Anya in order to get close to a top politician of a rival country.
“SPY x FAMILY: Code White” will premiere in theaters in Japan this December 22.
