In a recent interview with ET Canada, Robert De Niro revealed that he had just welcomed his seventh child. “Seven, actually,” the Oscar-winning actor corrected host Brittnee Blair with the number of his children as he revealed, “I just had a baby.”
He was expressing his joy in being a father and emphasized the importance of being loving with his kids while also being stern when necessary, which Blair related to when he interrupted the host to announce the news. Despite his Hollywood success, “The Godfather” actor humbly stated that he doesn’t consider himself a cool dad and playfully shared how his 11-year-old daughter sometimes gives him “grief.” With a smile, De Niro kid there might be “more to come” now with his youngest child.
Although the mother of his seventh child is yet to be revealed, the actor became a father of two children, Drena and Raphael, during his marriage to Diahnne Abbott; welcomed twin sons, Aaron and Julian, in 1995 with his girlfriend at the time, Toukie Smith; and welcomed his son Elliot and daughter Helen Grace with his last known wife, Grace Hightower, before their divorce in 2018.
