Selena Gomez is returning to the music scene as she announced the release of her upcoming song Single Soon! In an Instagram post, she shared the news and mentioned she’s working on a new album.
“Y’all have been asking for new music for a while. Since I’m not quite done with SG3, I wanted to put out a fun little song I wrote a while back that’s perfect for the end of summer,” she wrote.

She even shared glamorous photos of herself, which appeared to be the single’s cover artwork, as well as polaroids.
“SINGLE SOON. August 25th. Presave it now,” [sic] she revealed. However, further details regarding the album have yet to be announced.

In the comments section, fans couldn’t contain their excitement, knowing it’ll be released next week! They’re also anticipating Selena to team up again with American record producer Benny Blanco, whom she worked with for her tracks I Can’t Get Enough and Trust Nobody.
In 2020, Selena released her last full-length album Rare and single My Mind & Me for her documentary. She was also featured in Rema’s Calm Down in 2022.
