Amid rumors of a rift between the Magalona sisters, Saab Magalona-Bacarro seems to finally want to put an end to the hearsay by proving to everyone what really goes on behind the scenes.
“When they think they know better,” Saab wrote on her Instagram Stories, showing everyone a comment she received from an irate basher criticizing her being insensitive to Maxene’s feelings and mental health.
“The world does not revolve around your feelings. Matuto kang magpakabumbaba at magpatawad sa ate mo. Bakit? Ikaw lang ba may pinagdadaanan? Yung ate mo ba wala? (Learn to be compassionate and forgiving towards your older sister. Why? Are you the only one going through something? Do you think your sister isn’t?)” the netizen said.
Saab then put a screenshot of a private conversation she had with Maxene, refuting what the netizen just claimed.
“Miss you and love you always and you are always in my heart,” Saab had told Maxene after greeting her a happy birthday.
“Same here. Praying for you and your family always,” Maxene had replied.
“What actually goes on in private,” Saab said on her Instagram Stories. “Kaka-computer mo yan. (This is because you’re always on your computer.)”
The Magalona sisters’ rumored rift began in 2019 after fans discovered that they had unfollowed each other on Instagram and were seen making cryptic posts online that were allegedly about each other. None of these speculations were confirmed, however, and it seems that they really are now on good terms.
