Many are wondering when the ECQ will be lifted and President Rodrigo Duterte addressed that concern during a late-night briefing yesterday.
“Mukhang ito sa basa ko…kung meron na ‘yan, tapos makita kong ginagamit ng ili-lift, ko, tutal kung magkasakit kayo may antibodies naman tayo mabili,” he said.

According to him, a pharma company has developed antibody treatments and will be available soon.
“Meron ng medisina, antibody ang isang giant pharmaceuticals.
Tapos naghahabulan sila. Sabi by May baka they would start to market it, ipabili na nila.” he added.
Though the government is looking into it, he still urges the public to wear masks and wash hands in case they will not be able to afford the antibodies.
DOH reported 284 new cases of COVID-19 which brings the total to almost 5,000 cases.
