Premio Bar: From Farm to Fork

For dessert, we were served Goats Milk Panna Cotta, Saba Bread Pudding, and Smores.

Their Saba Bread Pudding is made of carmelized bread pudding with swirls of rum raisin and saba puree. It is sprinkled with saigon cinnamon and served with a side of triple berry sauce.

Their Goats Milk Panna Cotta on the other hand, is made of goat’s milk harvested straight from Leon Philippe farms, flavored with vanilla and topped with triple berry sauce.

I personally love Smores in general. Premio Bar’s version of smores is the combination of their warmed brookies, a cross between a brownie and a cookie and their toasted marshmallow of pandan, ube, mango, coconut and vanilla flavor.

Before we ended the night, we were served Lambanog shots! According to Cheryl and Joanne, the flavored lambanog was lighter as compared to the pure lambanog. You can barely taste the lambanog because of the flavor added to it. So if you’re a light drinker, their Lambanog Shots might be a good choice for you.
