Pinoy Health Fest 2018 is spearheaded by the communication research students from the Polytechnic University of the Philippines through their Marketing Communication course. It is a social marketing campaign to be held on Mar 5 and 6, 2018 to encourage PUP students to maintain a physically and mentally healthy lifestyle. It is the upcoming sequel to last year’s social marketing campaign, now with a new theme: “Fitmalung PUPIAN, Panalo ang Kalusugan.”
The event will cover topics about one’s health and well-being as an important aspect that should be managed in order to cope up with daily activities and overall development.
In order to accomplish the objectives of the campaign, this year’s Pinoy Health Fest 2018 fashioned activities and events (in partnership with the Department of Health and Asec. Enrique “Eric” Tayag) will be providing seminars about mental and physical health together with proper hygiene and personality development. They will also offer booths such as FITmalung Kalusugan, FITmalung Kasiyahan, FITmalung Kagandahan and FITmalungKaalaman, and contests (I-larawan Mo, Bidyo Mo ‘To, Ang Sawikain, Banggitin).
