The competition series that I devour on Netflix on a regular basis have been pretty chill so far. So I was pleasantly surprised to see this trailer for a physical competition series that’s full of ripped bodies, pure energy, and a lot of physical activities.

Brace yourself for Physical: 100. Filled with ripped physiques and fierce feats of strength, 100 male and female contestants will battle it out in this new extreme competition series to claim the honor of best body. Who will be the last one standing? You’ll have to watch to find out.
