Korean actor Park Seo Joon addressed the dating rumors with YouTuber and singer Kim Soo Yeon, commonly known as Xooos, at the press conference of his upcoming film Concrete Utopia.

According to Kpop Fandom, Xooos started out as an actor, debuting in the KBS2 drama The Producers in 2015. She made her debut as an artist in early 2017, and ventured two years later into creating YouTube content.
The dating rumors between the two actors have been circulating on social media since June 20, but the Korean actor said he just recently saw the news as he was busy shooting his new project. “I am currently busy filming a new project, so I received word of the news a little late. I realized that I am receiving much attention from the public,” Seo Joon said.

Although he’s grateful for receiving interest from the public, the 34-year-old didn’t speak further about the dating rumors and asked the public to support his upcoming film instead. He said, “While I’m grateful for the attention of the public, I do feel discomfort about revealing my private life. I’m afraid it is difficult for me to comment on this matter, which involves my private life. Please direct your attention to Concrete Utopia.”
According to Korean entertainment media Allkpop, industry insiders told JTBC News that the two already introduced their close friends to each other, which sparked the dating rumors.
Prior to this, Seo Joon’s agency, Awesome ENT, and Xooos’ agency, WAVY, both responded to the rumors, stating that it is difficult to confirm the news.
Park Seo Joon appeared in the hit K-drama series Itaewon Class and What’s Wrong With Secretary Kim?. He is also set to appear in an upcoming Marvel film, The Marvels.
