When in Manila, men and women everywhere are looking for that one place where they can relax, get an affordable haircut or simply to feel like the kings and the queens of the metro. And lucky for me and all you When In Manila readers, I may have just found that perfect spot.
Teal Salon, which opened just a month ago, is already one of the salons in the Katipunan area that people just can’t stay away from. And after my visit, I think I may know the reason why.
Since it’s already officially the second quarter of the year 2012, I decided that my boring ol’ brunette locks just wouldn’t do anymore. So I along with my friends headed over to Teal Salon for a total pamper-me-day.
Unlike most salons in the country, Teal Salon keeps a simple, fresh, and minimalistic look which I truly love as it contributes to the relaxing feel that the salon is targeting.
To start our pamper session, Olena and I headed to the massage room to get a Guinot facial and to have an oh-so heavenly massage.
The Guinot facial which is originally from France, promises super soft and rejuvenated skin after the treatment unlike no other facial does.
And indeed, super soft and rejuvenated skin was what my friend and I got after the facial; definitely a must-try for all the ladies and even men out there who want flawless skin.
After the relaxing facial and body massage, it was now time to completely redo our looks!
While having my hair colored, I tried out Teal Salon’s premium collection of nail polish which came all the way from Singapore.
We went inside Teal Salon looking for something new and change was definitely what we got!
Apart from the superb ambiance and stellar services that Teal Salon offers, what I love most about Teal salon is the staff that completes it.
Everyone was friendly and very attentive to what the client needs.
When we went in Teal Salon for the first time, we had smiles on our faces, all giddy! And after spending literally seven hours inside, we left with even bigger smiles and still all giddy with our new looks.
