Garbage always seemed to be the problem almost in any part of the city in the Philippines, but it never seemed to improve particularly in highly populated places like Tondo’s.

To think that this is how the pumping station looks like as of late, how can we have a cleaner and safer place for everyone, regardless of where you reside?
