If there is one thing that the ABM community knows how to do, it is how to turn a simple week into a blast of fun. From January 21–23, 2026, the ABM strand of National University MOA Senior High School will celebrate its annual ABM Week. Students are challenged to join student-led activities and friendly competitions that revolve around the strand’s field.

Participants are grouped into clusters that will battle it out with friendly rivalry. At the end of the week, standout teams will take home awards and recognitions to acknowledge their efforts and excellence beyond the classroom.
During the event, learners can dive into a lineup of fun activities—from fast-paced Accounting Dash and Brand Builders to sing-along jingles of Rhythm & Rhymes, marketing pitches, and business case competitions—bringing out the roaring energy and creativity of SHS students. Hallways will also be bustling with stalls, giving clusters a chance to run, showcase, and sell their goods.
NU MOA’s ABM Strand is taking things up a notch as it hosts an exciting interschool competition, inviting young minds to challenge themselves and spark big ideas. Center stage is Spark Tank, where Grade 10 and 11 students get the chance to turn their business ideas into compelling presentations. Adding to the hype is the Seaside ABM Cup, open to Grade 12 students eager to test their knowledge of Fundamental and Applied Accounting.
“The essence of ABM Week is to celebrate and strengthen learners’ understanding of the business world through meaningful, hands-on experiences. It goes beyond classroom learning by giving students the opportunity to apply business concepts in real-life settings. It fosters a sense of community within the strand and brings students together to learn, compete, and grow, helping them develop a clearer vision of their future roles,” said ABM Club Adviser Mr. John Delfin.
The upcoming three-day festival of fun is set to sail with the theme Layag, symbolizing how ABM learners, like sailors, navigate challenges, steer their own paths, and explore opportunities with a spirit of competitiveness and camaraderie. Through this celebration, one thing is clear: the ABM Community of NU MOA SHS is more than prepared to take the lead.
