Nonie’s has teamed up with ABV Cocktail and Absinthe Bar to bring their signature modern Filipino dishes for this month’s Boozy Brunch Series–a 3-course set menu full of Nonie’s signature healthy dishes and 1 cocktail specially crafted by ABV’s Lester Ligon, Diageo World Class Philippines Bartender of the year.
We got the opportunity to experience a Boracay-style brunch in the city!
Sticky Pork Ribs
Nonie’s is known for their healthy dishes and modern Filipino dishes, and that’s exactly what they offer for this brunch pop-up.
For entrees, you can choose between salads or a tasty pumpkin soup or even tasty pork ribs (which is a family recipe from Nonie herself!). It’s a delicious way to start an unforgettable brunch experience.
