After years of speculation, the much-awaited Nintendo Switch 2 has been officially revealed!
On January 16, Nintendo unveiled a first look at its latest console in a two-minute teaser. It boasts a bigger screen and upgraded Joy-Con controllers, offering improved ergonomics.

The Nintendo Switch 2 introduces notable enhancements, including dual USB-C ports and a U-shaped kickstand that reclines for better stability. The backward compatibility has also been confirmed, allowing users to play both original Switch games and new titles.
Nintendo even gave a glimpse of the new Mario Kart game! However, it noted that certain Switch games may not be supported or fully compatible with the new console.

Further details will be revealed at a later date. Nintendo fans can expect a more in-depth look at the Nintendo Switch 2 during a Nintendo Direct presentation scheduled for April 2, 2025.
