Native Boots: Keeping It LITE, Cool and Casual!
When in Manila, a lot of people wear boots despite the heat and I admit that I am one of them. I can’t really help it, seeing as boots are the only shoes that can really add instant oomph to an otherwise uber casual outfit. The problem with most boots, though, is that they need to be tied up, zipped up or force-pulled into one’s feet before they can be worn. Plus, some of them are heavy, tight and downright uncomfortable, especially after long walks or hours of dancing.
Enter Native boots.
Native Boots – Jimmy Beaver in Grey – Php4,490
Native shoes were founded in Vancouver, BC back in 2009, where they impressed the world with its revolutionary range of lightweight foam-injection molded-EVA footwear that successfully brings the magic of the future into the traditions that everyone loves about boots.
Generally speaking, Native provides traditional, attractive, classic yet casual silhouettes in their shoes – including their boots – that are easy to slip on and slip off. They also go well with practically any outfit and are very durable and long-lasting.
Native’s mission is to enlighten people who know that “Life is heavy”, thus convincing them to “Keep it LITE” with their shoes instead. The best part is that Native footwear is easy to wash, so you can wear them when going through all sorts of adventures anywhere win the world. They are odor-resistant and anti-microbial, too. What else could any adventurous traveler possibly want?
You’ll have a lot of choices when it comes down to it, too! If you are the fancy type, keep things cool and casual with Native’s traditional collection inspired by classic coins, like slip-ons and boat shoes:
