First off, their Beef and Tuna Wellington in Burgundy Sauce| Php1,082. This dish was served with well-baked pastry and encrusted the meat so well. Please note that cooking time is around an hour and 30 minutes. You have to make sure that you cut it open once ready so that the meat inside doesn’t get overcooked.

Paella Negra con Marinara| Php575. Perfectly cooked rice basking with a variety of seafood just fills our tummy enough!

Lamb Crusted Persilade| Php800. Served with mint demi-glace, mashed potato and asparagus.

Beef Bourguignon| Php585, served with William’s Pear and asparagus. The group’s favorite because of the meat’s softness and very flavorful sauce.

Chicken Pistachio| Php495, served with William’s Pear with rosemary demi-glace. A light and tasty meal with a nutty surprise.

Beef Tagine| Php885, served with Beef rice pilaf. Just the right spice and flavors which made it more delectable after the first bite!

Almond Crusted Sea Bass | Php1,450, served with mushroom risotto with balsamic reduction.

Pan Fried Salmon | Php730, served with mashed potato with Bearnaise sauce. A fine layer of cheese, pistachio, salmon and mashed potato.
