After we got our tummies all full we continued with more exercises! This time we were asked to create flowers to design our cakes with. We used Gum Paste Icing for this part.

For the next part, we were taught how to make a “simple” rose.

Fondant Icing

For this one, we used Fondant Icing and used a red color.

Made 8 circles and flattened them inside this special plastic

We swirled the 8 flattened circles slowly around the bud to form a rose
