Need I say more? How could you miss out on a movie with this cutie in it! In fairness to Mario, he isn’t just all looks, he’s talented too. He could make you laugh, make you freak out and make you cry. Yep, CRY! But don’t keep your hopes up on seeing a “P.Shone” version of him in this movie, he looks sorta…well, not really gorgeous in this movie as part of the effects. Basically, he’ll be looking like this throughout the movie (I still think he’s cute though! heehee)

#4 It was directed by Banjong Pisanthanakun
As mentioned earlier, Banjong Pisanthanakun has garnered several awards and is most known (at least to me) because of his movie Shutter! If that movie didn’t have you scared silly then you’re on tough cookie.
#3 The horror scenes will have you at the edge of your seats! Freaked me out!
I knew the movie was a horror-comedy so I expected the horror scenes to be subtle. Oops, wrong! The music during the horror scenes, the lighting and even the character’s reactions had both my hands on my face for several parts of the movie. My co-bloggers and I didn’t know whether to laugh or scream!

#2 The comedy scenes will have you laughing out loud!
Besides the handsome Mario Maurer, the gang of 4 from “4BIA” (In The Middle) and “Phobia 2” (In The End) were also part of this movie. In fact, they were the ones who really made the movie such a hit! It was like watching the 3 Stooges.. or 4 stooges rather in a horror movie! Absolutely hilarious!

#1 It’s a fun movie to watch with friends. Pee Mak will scare you to bits then make you laugh like crazy immediately after!
The best thing about Pee Mak the movie is that you wouldn’t exactly know how to feel after. There were scenes that will have you laughing your heart out then suddenly scare the shit out of you before calming you down. Then again, there are scenes where you’d be hiding your face behind your hands only to belt out a big laugh. I was laughing and screaming all at the same time that I felt I was going crazy! Near the end though, a little drama got me teary eyed. So basically, it’s a movie you’ll enjoy most with friends or family!
