A man plans to sell his Star Wars collectibles to make room for the belongings of his late wife.
On a Facebook post, Jeremy Sim detailed his plan of selling his Star Wars collectibles to have more space for his late wife’s stuff, which they initially planned on donating to charity. He said he’d rather want to keep his late wife’s belongings as a memorial instead.
Jeremy will sell his collectibles in September at the upcoming Singapore Toy, Game & Comic Convention 2017 at Marina Bay Sands Convention Centre.
He said that all proceeds will go to charity.
Apparently, Jeremy has been collecting Star Wars mementos since he was a kid. He will soon let go of his collection to have space for his late wife’s mementos.
These are some of the collectibles he has but as he said, there are still other collectibles that weren’t shown on the photos.
Jeremy’s wife, Camella, succumbed to cancer in May.
The two were married in 2015. They have a son.
