Makati Mayor Abby Binay-Campos led the opening of the Makati Animal Care Facility, which aims to promote animal welfare.
“The two-story facility features specialized rooms for consultations, surgeries, recovery, and food preparation. It also offers services such as vaccination, microchipping, and spay and castration procedures, all for free,” My Makati wrote in a Facebook post.
The two-storey animal facility is equipped with premium-grade tools and offers a wide range of services for pet owners and their furry companions. It features spacious, well-ventilated areas, including a consultation room, two food preparation rooms, two surgery rooms, and two recovery rooms.
Additionally, free consultations are available every Monday, while microchipping services are offered from Tuesday to Friday. Free spaying and castration services will also be provided on a pre-scheduled basis.
The facility also offers free vaccinations and deworming, with the first dose free and succeeding doses available at an affordable rate of only P30.
