Before her concert, Olivia explored Intramuros with her father and of course, indulged in Filipino food! She expressed excitement about trying the Filipino dishes she grew up eating and revealed that her favorite dessert is halo-halo.
The “deja vu” hitmaker dined at Sarsa, where renowned chefs JP Anglo and Kim Yumol personally prepared and served her and her boyfriend, Louis Partridge, a variety of Filipino dishes in a boodle fight-style feast. Her vlog even captured her enjoying the experience and capping off the delicious meal with halo-halo, which she absolutely loved!
Chef JP also shared an Instagram Reel featuring Olivia’s POV as they prepared the scrumptious boodle fight feast.
“We Filipinos can’t help being proud of the success of other Filipinos, whether they were born in the motherland or not. Likewise, we are always proud to share our food whether it’s Sisig, Inasal, or bagnet,” he captioned his post.

The Filipino-American singer then shared moments from her visit to Jhpiego, a nonprofit organization dedicated to supporting women’s and girls’ health. Through her Fund 4 Good initiative, she donated all ticket sales from her sold-out “GUTS” tour in the Philippines to the organization.
“Seeing the Philippines was absolutely incredible. I feel like it was a big thing that I’ve always wanted to do so I got to check that off my bucket list today,” she beamed.
