Earlier this week, 20-year-old Francesca Taruc from Pampanga won the crown for Miss Tourism World Intercontinental in Nanjing, China.
During the preliminaries, Francesca had already won as ‘Best Body’ before stunning everyone in her gorgeous red gown inspired by the three stars and a sun.
In an Instagram post, she shared a video of her victory with the caption, “I’m still speechless! We did it, Philippines! Mabuhay!”
