The Sangguniang Kabataan (SK) of Barangay 634 in the City of Manila distributed “school supplies bags” to their constituents who will be attending school for the Academic Year 2020-2021.
Prior to this, the SK of Barangay 333 donated 220 laptops/tablets tables to their youth constituents so they have devices to use for online classes.
According to the Manila Youth Bureau (MYB) Chief Alexander Layos II, each school supplies bag contains:
- Miniso large capacity storage pouch or SM department store tote bag
- Notebooks
- Ballpen (2 black, 1 red)
- Pencil (2)
- Highlighters (3)
- Correction Tape
- Post-it
- Triangle Set
- Protractor
- Ruler
- Yellow Paper
- Eraser
- Sharpener
- Bond Paper
- Art Paper
SK Chairperson Lois Araullo of Brgy. 634 headed the distribution. The project is one of the many that aims to help students and their parents as schools reopen and shift to online classes.
