La Isla Festival: Not Just Another Music Festival

UP JMA ADHOC has pioneered a trend in the college community’s party scene for the last 8 years. For almost a decade of organizing record-breaking parties semester after semester, we believe that the ADHOC brand has reached its peak and we are now aiming to bring it to even greater heights as we spark a new legacy.

The La Isla Festival is a music festival with a nationalistic advocacy. Featuring elements from iconic Filipino fiestas in its programming and promotions, the event aims to serve as a culmination of our country’s celebratory customs and leave an impression as the “Sinulog of Metro Manila.”

We are not just another a music festival, we are the only party that focuses on a nationalistic and cultural advocacy.

ABOUT UP JMA

The UP Junior Marketing Association (UP JMA) is a duly recognized university-wide student organization based in the College of Business Administration, UP Diliman. As an affiliate of the Philippine Marketing Association (PMA), we have been acknowledged as an eleven-time winner of the Agora Youth Award for the Best Student Marketing Organization. UP JMA has also won 1st place for both the Corporate Social Responsibility category and in the Outstanding Junior Marketing Association in the Philippines (TOJMA) in the Marketista Awards.

As a highly experienced marketing organization, UP JMA holds high standards of flexibility in all of its dealings as we have gained the reputation of throwing the best, biggest, and most anticipated college events.

THE UP JMA ADHOC LEGACY

Ad Hoc Major Event is the UP Junior Marketing Association’s most prestigious social project that aims to bring together college students and young professionals through a biannual groundbreaking event. More than just “the biggest and the best party in the metro”, a tagline earned over more than 8 years of event supremacy in the college market, ADHOC is the organization’s largest fundraiser for its beneficiaries– the Kids Integrated Development through Schooling (K.I.D.S.) Program, and the UP JMA Scholarship Fund.

Changing the game since 2007, ADHOC has built a monumental following and has set the standard for all college parties during its time and in years to come.
