Killshot 2 is a Counter-Strike Global Offensive (CS:GO) eSports tournament being hosted on an all-new gaming platform called swarmio.gg from February 19 – 24. It’s the sequel to KILLSHOT 1 hosted last November 2018 that had 32 teams competing and amassed a total of almost 10,000 views during the playoffs.
Powered by what is called “decentralized processing,” Swarmio’s servers offer the ultimate lag-less gaming experience for gamers. The eSports platform also offers features including game hosting, team organization, tournament automation, and optimized infrastructure. Swarmio gives players, casters, and tournament organizers the tools they require to leverage superior connectivity for higher quality eSports tournaments. It’s completely online and doesn’t require an offline venue.
The tournament features a Php 12,000 prize pool and the playoffs will be shoutcasted by Ilustrado of MineskiTV and a new caster on the scene called Samosa. The winner of the tournament will take away 10,000 PHP and 2nd place will have the remaining 2000 PHP. Playoffs are going to be on the 22nd – 24th of February live on fb.me/SwarmioPH. Registration is available at tinyurl.
