Summer has arrived and most of us are trying to get our bodies in shape for the beach — including Hall of Famer Shaquille O’Neal.

After an episode of TNT’s Inside the NBA, Kenny “The Jet” Smith posted a video on his Instagram account of big ol’ Shaq riding a stationary bike in his dressing room.

Funny thing is, Shaq was peddling in his underwear.
