Almost fresh from the success of Extraordinary Attorney Woo, Kang Tae-oh shared some photos on his Instagram account last night of him with a new haircut… and yes, it’s exactly what you think it means: he is getting ready for his military enlistment. 🙁

In the caption, he showed how grateful he is to everyone, saying, “I thank everyone for their support and abundant love. I will return bravely. See you soon.”

To show their support, many Korean celebrities left comments on his post, hoping for his safe return. Kang Tae-oh’s military enlistment officially began today and he will be undergoing basic training for a month before serving as an active duty soldier for 18 months. He is expected to be discharged on March 19, 2024.
