According to Boston Celtics Assistant Coach Dave Wohl, Draft practices with teams are very important for aspiring NBA players like Sotto as it provides an opportunity for overseas players to show their potential to the coaches and the whole team

Before announcing his participation in the NBA Draft, Sotto already had an impressive start as Ateneo Blue Eaglets’ main man in the UAAP and also showed his skills in the Australian National Basketball League as part of the Adelaide 36ers.

The 20-year-old also represented our country last year in the FIBA Asia Cup 2021 Qualifiers as part of Gilas Pilipinas alongside Dwight Ramos, Dave Ildefonso, and SJ Belangel among others.

LET’S GET IT KAI! We are rooting for you!
