Actor James Reid recently revealed that he doesn’t want a love team name with his upcoming leading lady, Momoland’s Nancy McDonie.

In a tweet, he said, “I’m honoured to be part of the new project ‘Soulmate’ on ABSCBN but please guys, no love team names. I’ve already got one #jadine”
JaDine is the love team name of Reid with his on- and off-screen partner Nadine Lustre. Together, they have starred in films and TV shows, including Diary ng Panget, Talk Back and You’re Dead, Para sa Hopeless Romantic, Beauty and the Bestie, This Time, and more.
Reid and Nancy will star in Soulmate, which Reid described as a show about “finding your soulmate.” It will be directed by Tonet Jadone. She is also behind other projects starring JaDine, such as On The Wings of Love, Til I Met You, and Never Not Love You.
Soulmate will begin shooting next year.
