Inagiku at Makati Shangri-La Hotel: Defining the Art of Japanese Dining Over the Weekends

No food would ever be complete without something sweet. Inagiku’s choices of desserts range from elegant to fun. Elegant, in my opinion, because they served their classic and signature chocolate decadence cakes and truffles topped with, of course, gold flakes! My first time to to munch on a flake that is worth more than what I had in my pocket. LOL! The flavor was rich and creamy for my tastebuds, but one serving still wasn’t enough to satisfy my sweet cravings.

Another dessert choice is their ice cream “cooked” in their frozen griddle. I was amazed by how these yummy desserts were prepared. It was like child’s play, which just go to show how convenient their restaurant is for everyone, even for kids and kids at heart.
