A doctor from the Research Institute for Tropical Medicine (RITM) made a call out to parents and guardians requesting for handmade get-well cards from kids. According to a post by Althea Perez, Dr. Nicole Perreras plans to give out these cards as part of their breakfast tray to their patients in order to somehow uplift their spirits.

Perez adds that while it is a fun activity that you and your children can enjoy doing at home during quarantine, it also proves that kids, too, can participate in the fight against COVID-19. Thus, influencing more people to help fight against the pandemic, and make a change.
