‘Hello, Love, Goodbye’ makes history as highest PH grossing film of all time

The romantic movie Hello, Love, Goodbye has officially made history as the highest-grossing Filipino film of all time.

Kathryn Bernardo and Alden Richards star in the hit movie that has already earned a worldwide gross of ₱880,603,490, according to Star Cinema. The announcement was made during a thanksgiving party on Tuesday.

Star Cinema also shared about this achievement on Instagram.

This movie has beaten another Bernardo movie, The Hows of Us, in the box office race. The Hows of Us also raked in a global gross of over ₱800 million.

Hello, Love, Goodbye is directed by Cathy Garcia Molina.

The movie is a love story of Joy (Bernardo), a domestic helper, and Ethan (Richards), a bartender, and the struggles they face as migrant workers in Hong Kong.

Star Cinema previously announced that the movie has been adapted into a novel. It is written by Palanca award-winning writer Charmaine Lasar.
