God’s Grace Home Care Center in Quezon City, Philippines became a site of compassion when Hataw PUP, in partnership with Mang Inasal, Sogo Cares, and FGN Institution Phils. Inc., led the outreach program “Golden Years, Golden Hearts: Spreading Love to the Elderly” on March 22, 2025. The outreach program provided essential supplies, food, and a day of happiness to the elderly while demonstrating the necessity of continuous senior care.
Hataw PUP’s representative explained that the program existed to demonstrate the worth and memory of seniors in our society. “This program was about more than just giving; it was about showing our seniors that they are valued and remembered,” stated the representative from Hataw PUP. “We wanted to create a day filled with joy and raise awareness about the importance of providing comprehensive care for our elderly population,” he added.
The residents of God’s Grace Home Care Center, situated in Brgy. Holy Spirit, Quezon City, sincerely appreciated the support as it brought positive moments to their lives. The staff recognized this kind of initiative as essential in fulfilling the frequently neglected needs of elderly people.
