A Fresh Perspective on Dieting

Ginger-glazed chicken and vegetables. I hate vegetables and I couldn’t even recognize what some of the vegetables were, but I managed to eat everything.

Healthy chicken fajitas in mango salsa. This was surprisingly very filling, I could only finish half.

To my surprise, I actually lost weight with the food despite the pretty big portions. The two weeks also almost made me forget that I’m one of the most unhealthy people ever who hates her vegetables and cannot live without rice. I’m usually not willing to choose healthy food over fast food; but the next time I see myself needing and wanting to eat healthy once more, I’d definitely choose CHEFtness.
