Service, Sacrifice, and Excellence. The Fraternal Order of Utopia is a fraternity based at Ateneo Law School, established in 1964. With a legacy spanning six decades, the fraternity has produced a long list of prominent figures in the legal profession, including Justices of the Supreme Court, celebrated legal practitioners, and members of Asia Law Journal’s Top 100 Lawyers. However, on July 4, the fraternity will embark on an entirely new journey—on the verdant greens of the Wack Wack Golf and Country Club.
The tournament gathers some of the country’s most distinguished legal minds, alumni, and friends of the fraternity in a spirited game of golf. The event features not only a golf game but also an opportunity for guests to network with one another and enjoy fellowship to rekindle old bonds. Partners of the event ensure all guests will go home happy, working closely with the organizers to provide a plethora of raffle prizes, including vacations in prestigious resorts.
To be held at the Wack Wack Golf and Country Club—one of the oldest and most storied golf courses not only in the Philippines but in Southeast Asia—the golf course offers a fitting venue for the fraternity and its guests. Beyond competition, the Utopia Excellence Cup aims to raise awareness and support for the fraternity’s initiatives, as well as recognition for its alumni members. These include public service programs and scholarship opportunities for law students. The event reinforces the fraternity’s ongoing commitment to nation-building and civic engagement through the legal profession.
