Choo-Choo! For The Kids 2022 Care Express has reached its final destination. A Thank-Choo Concert was held last January 30, 2022 to celebrate this wonderful journey.

Lasallians from Innersoul, Harlequin Theater Guild, De La Salle Chorale, and LSDC Street then graced us with their very creative and meaningful performances.
To formally start the program, the torch “lighting” was led by Bro. Martin Sellner FSC, COSCA-LOVE convenor—Ms. Bernadette Dela Vega, and mother and kid partner— Mrs. Sharmaine and Shine Marie. This was excitingly followed by numerous performances of all kinds from the kids of FTK 2022’s Special Education partners. Each kid happily showcased their talent which includes singing, cooking, modeling, dancing, and playing the piano.
Ms. Michiko Autea and Mr. Richard II, also entertained us with their speed painting and spoken poetry. And of course, the inspiring and energetic singing of Ms. Reese Lansangan and Mr. Gary V. The parents and kids also shared their message of hope and gratitude. To close, the director of COSCA—Mr. Neil Penullar, shared his thank-choos to the volunteers and the kids from the SpEd centers. He also expressed For The Kids’ support and gratitude to the parents and teachers that exemplify the values taught by St. John Baptiste de La Salle.
