Flossom Kitchen + Cafe’s Custard Croissants and Nacho Bake are Absolute Must-Tries

If you’re looking for something new and innovative to try, Flossom Kitchen + Cafe offers dishes that will make your tummies happy!

Flossom Kitchen + Cafe is the first business venture of Jessica Wong and Betrina Lee. This neighborhood comfort place first opened in November 2017 in San Juan as a relaxing dining spot that provides delicious food, quality service, and a relaxing ambiance for any season and occasion. They eventually opened their second branch in SM North Edsa in July 2019.

What makes Flossom unique is the fact that they serve food with edible flowers – a signature since day one; so if you are looking for a place that provides an extraordinary dining experience, you should definitely check them out.

If you aren’t keen on going out just yet, though, you can also try their innovative dishes right from the comforts of your home as Flossom has recently shifted their focus to online deliveries in light of the COVID-19 pandemic.

Fortunately, you can still expect the same delicious quality via delivery (though if you live farther away like me, you might want to re-heat your food first). Here are two of their offers that you absolutely need to try:

Flossom Custard Croissants

Flossom Custard Croissants (Php550 for a box of 4)

These Flossom Custard Croissants did not last very long in our household. They come in a box of four different flavors – Milky, Ube, Strawberry, and Chocolate – but they are all equally delicious. If you drink coffee, make sure you pair these with a cup of joe while you work from home. It’ll make you feel better instantly – tried and tested!

One of their customers’ favorite dishes when dining in at their store is their ‘Flossom Nachos’ – and now they are available in bake trays! Similar to the popular sushi bakes that are trending today, this nacho bake is made with four different types of cheese to ensure a real cheesy flavor.

It is then baked in the oven before it is eaten, and then eaten with nachos. They will send you instructions with your order, so you know exactly how to enjoy their Nacho Bake at its best. Since they are available in three different sizes, you can just choose the one that would suit your needs best.

All orders come with their Nacho Bake Dip, Tortilla Chips, White Sauce, and Pico de Gallo.

Flossom Kitchen + Cafe also sells some of their bestsellers as frozen items, so you can enjoy your favorite Flossom dishes anytime that you want. In case you prefer to dine in, Flossom is open everyday from 10AM to 5:30PM, though they are currently only operating on 30% capacity.
