Upon entering the villa, you will automatically be drawn to the balcony, which is the perfect place to relax, read a book and unwind. It overlooks the infinity pool and the garden area of the property.
There’s a dining area by the balcony and a mini bar that is perfect for some chillax drinking sessions at night or for when you’re having coffee in the morning.
Inside the villa is this cozy living area with a flat screen TV. It consists of three single beds with curtains that you can draw if you want to stay and sleep in. This is actually the area where we stayed in the most as it is very home-y and comfortable.
When you check-in, you don’t need to fret as the kitchen is fully operational with a fridge, stove, microwave and toaster. There is also some mineral water there. Cooking pans, pots, utensils, plates, mugs and glasses are also available for use, so you don’t have to bring your whole house when travelling.
Speaking of food, the kind owners of Sundowners brought us out for lunch to Sungayan Grill Floating Restaurant where we were treated with a boodle feast.
The kubos are dragged by a boat along Balingasay River.
The boodle feast is of overwhelming proportions with seafoods and lots of rice.
The highlight of the boodle feast is actually the Sungayan Fish, which is the specialty of the Floating Restaurant and they also served Pangasinan’s special bagoong which is perfect with rice and most of the seafood that was served.
