The next morning, I was soo eager to eat breakfast! I’m a sucker for breakfasts as you know! I was sooo curious on what Hong Kong locals eat every morning!

they served an array of breakfast items along with authentic dim sums!

After that filling breakfast feast, we were given time to roam around the city for the rest of the afternoon!

 I smell adventure!

I strolled along the famous “Avenue of the Stars” where Hong Kong’s greatest entertainers were given honor!

I also got the chance to touch Jackie Chan’s actual hand prints! cool!

I never thought that me and Nikka, a fellow writer/photographer would actually be lost in the city! Great thing we had our maps with us and instead of feeling afraid and all, we just enjoyed each moment and searched for the things we wanted to see and experience. We both wanted to try out some authentic dimsums and go shopping a bit, so we decided to roam on foot and venture into the unknown! ahahaha!

we tried out some  Indian vegetable  curry Naan which we bought at one of the side streets of Hong Kong, then went on with our walking tour bound to nowhere.

after a while, we found ourselves right in front of a decent looking dim sum spot so we decided to try it out!

We ordered a bunch of stuff like rabbit meat dumplings,  Xiao Long Bao (dimsum with soup inside), egg custard rolls and even fried chicken wings!

I realized that one of the greatest pleasures in life is to experience getting lost in a strange city because you get to discover a whole  lot of new things you never imagined you could find! We even found a really nice boutique with great discounts so I was able to buy a new coat and a pair of boots! I had one of my most memorable afternoons that time and I would love to do it again in another city. I missed  Frank a lot for I knew if he were there,  we’d go laughing the whole time and take loads of wacky photos of our misadventures!

Nikka and I got back on board around 6pm to catch a glimpse of the sunset and take photos of Hong Kong’s famous night skyline!

For my final night aboard Star Pisces, I’ve decided to treat myself with some drinks and hang-out with some new found friends who were also members of the media.

ever grateful for each epic experience…

Every time I travel, I always make it a point to look at the sky, feel the wind blow and utter words of gratitude as the sun’s gentle rays touched my cheeks! I felt very grateful during that day! Thankful for being where I was and thankful for the experiences that were given to me.  Life is indeed so full of surprises especially if you believe in its magic! As always, it was sooo difficult to say goodbye to a city that has cradled and pampered me while the traveler that was me passed by. But though it was really tough to bid farewell during then, I knew it my heart that this will never be my last Hong Kong trip and I also knew that I will have more and more epic trips in the days to come! I consider this as one of my most memorable trips of course with all the realizations and lessons learned. Most of all, this trip reminded me of who I really am— a Storyteller! =)

I highly recommend you try this and have the time of your life!
