Multimedia Arts students of Lyceum of the Philippines University Manila unpack their collegiate journey in one culminating exhibit.
Ephemera: Pieces in Time, organized by students of A407, is a culminating exhibit that showcases and celebrates the talents of young artists from LPU Manila. More than just a display of polished and final pieces, the exhibit digs deeper into the unseen in-betweens. It reveals the work-in-progress, discarded projects, burnout phases, and moments of doubt every artist faces—fragments that are just as essential as the final output.
The event recognizes the highs and lows of the creative process, capturing the progression of students from aspirants into emerging professionals. By incorporating pieces of the past in their projects and personal experiences, the exhibit echoes each artist’s starting point as a creative. Ephemera offers a compelling narrative about growth, resilience, and artistic evolution.
This event is brought to you by When In Manila, WACOM, Dot Coffee, K Collectionz Pillow, and Aeslet, and is co-presented by the Lyceum Multimedia Arts Society. The exhibit also features talks from esteemed industry professionals: fashion photographer and creative director Timothy Dueñas; type designer and creator of fonts Cubao and Quiapo, Aaron Amar; and Gio Puyat, podcast host of Kwentong Creatives and director at Artillerie.
Attendees can enjoy interactive booths, merch, fun activities, and more surprises open to all—both Lyceans and non-Lyceans.
Opening Day is on May 29, 2025, and the exhibit will run until May 31, 2025, at the SHL ARC Events Center, Muralla, Intramuros.
